David Clark
David brings a lifetime of experience as a professor, author, pastor, and university leader to his role as 360 Pastor’s founder and Executive Director. He has published books in theology, ethics, and apologetics, most notably To Know and Love God. David spent three decades serving different roles at Bethel University in St Paul, MN, including as Seminary Dean and as University Provost. David leads 360 Pastor as a capstone to a lifetime of ministry service. He and Sandy attend Eagle Brook Church. They live in Stillwater, MN.
Brad Mateer
Brad is a 360 Pastor coach, a lifelong Christian leader who studied the Bible and leadership in college and graduate school. He built a real estate business as a Christian layman. He serves as a member of the Board at Anselm House, the Christian Study Center at the University of Minnesota. He led them to acquire and develop a strategic ministry location at the heart of the university. He and his wife, Val, live in Blaine, MN. They are members at Eagle Brook Church.
Rick Naylor
Rick is a certified CPA who worked until recently as CFO of McMillan Electric in Woodville, WI. He and Sheri attend Gracepoint Church in New Brighton, MN. He is a dedicated layman who has used his financial expertise to serve his church as well as other organizations. In his retirement, brings his financial rigor to several non-profit boards, including the 360 Pastor Board. The Naylors live in Brooklyn Park, MN.
Clynt Reddy
Clynt is an effective leader who currently serves as the Executive Pastor at Westwood Community Church, located in Chanhassen, MN. He is also a gifted communicator known for his relatable, hope-filled preaching. Originally from Durban, South Africa, he now lives in Chanhassen with his wife, Annie, five four children, and their dog, Rosie. Clynt serves as a member of the 360 Pastor Board.
Rick Stapleton
Rick is a faithful Minnesota sports fan who pastored three churches, leading them to revitalization. In his last ministry at CrossPoint Church in Hutchinson, MN, Rick led the church in a cultural renewal that resulted in hundreds coming to new faith in Christ and growing up as Jesus’ disciples. Rick thoroughly enjoys coaching pastors to develop a holistic, biblical vision for personal, relational, and leadership growth for lasting impact. He lives with his wife, Marcy, in Eagan, MN. They are members at Berean Baptist Church.
Eric Bryant
Eric serves as Campus Pastor of Gateway Church South Austin, which has been a campus planting campus. Before that, in the mid-1990s, he was part of a church planting team in Seattle, and then he served with Erwin McManus at Mosaic in Los Angeles for 12 years. He earned his doctorate in ministry in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Bethel Seminary. He has written two books, Not Like Me and Fruitful. He and his wife, Deborah, live in Austin, TX.
Ken Geis
Ken serves on the 360 Pastor Board. He is a life-long Christian and retired pastor, having served most of his 42 years in vocational ministry as an Executive Pastor in large churches. He currently serves as a volunteer on several nonprofit boards, including the Parish Council of his church, Restoration Anglican Church in South Minneapolis. Ken and Lisa live in Minnetonka, MN. They enjoy spending time with their daughters, sons-in-laws, and 3 grandchildren, smoking meat, and traveling.
Paul Johnson
In addition to his role as a 360 Pastor coach, Paul is Pastor of Ridgewood Church. His 30 years of ministry experience include leading churches, mentoring pastors, and chairing a national denominational board. He holds a Doctor of Ministry from Phoenix Seminary. Before entering ministry, he worked as an award-winning sports broadcaster and served as Executive Producer of the Arizona Cardinals Radio Network. Paul and Wendi have six children and two grandchildren.
