Leadership Coaching
What’s included:
You will develop a personal relationship with an seasoned coach who will pray for you and care for you.
You’ll work through several assessments to guide your best path forward.
Your coach will accept that your church is unique and operates in a specific cultural and historical moment.
Your coach will recognize the unique set of opportunities and challenges you face.
You will engage in deep conversations about how to apply best practice principles to your church.
WHAT YOU WILL NOT GET: Judgment.
WHAT YOU WILL GET: The secret sauce of the 360Pastor experience …
Personalized coaching for application.
How it works:
We assign one of our 360 Pastor coaches specifically to you for the entire engagement.
We sign a Coaching Contract to clarify all our mutual expectations.
Your coach will communicate with you to set up a Zoom call every other week (timing is flexible to your schedule).
After you get acquainted, you’ll do some “Personal Readiness” for your leadership and a “Current State” evaluation of your church so your coach understands your situation.
Together, you’ll decide which issues to address, which topics from the trainings to explore, usually beginning with Vision Culture, and how to start implementing.
At all points, you guide the discussion around the essential concepts and practices that are most relevant to you, in your church, at this time.
The coaching experience is like an individualized Masters Degree: there’s one learner—you; one mentor—your coach; one curriculum—whatever you need to do next!
“In our coaching, we work together to take from the leadership principles exactly the points we need to move your church forward.
To use a building analogy, the training seminars present a systematic approach for building a church’s foundation, floor, walls, and roof.
In coaching, we first decide whether the foundation is solid. If it’s cracked, we start there. If it’s solid, we move on.
Our purpose isn’t to judge. It’s to figure out what’s real and then to improve.
Because ‘Reality is our friend,’ and we operate by the ‘WIN’ Principle: ‘What’s Important Now?’”
David Clark, 360 Pastor Founder
Our coaches are vetted:
The most important thing: every 360Pastor coach is an experienced, effective leader.
Selection is rigorous—every coach is vetted and approved by both the EBA staff and the 360 Pastor staff.
Every coach has gone beyond textbook learning. And we don’t invite coaches who just filled a position somewhere. Each coach has faced disappointment; each has produced real world results.
Our coaches are trained in coaching. As coaches, we work together both to grow our skills and to share insights on how to respond to difficult situations.
We attempt to pair you with a coach who has experience similar to yours. Are you in a small-town? Or a very large church? No guarantees, but we aim to match you with a coach has served in a church like yours.
Coaching is 100% free to you. If you want to continue with your coach after the program ends, we invite you to do so for a small fee.
