Bethel Seminary
360 Pastor offers you the opportunity to earn six (6) credits toward a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) degree at Bethel.
ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS: You must:
Possess a Master of Divinity (or equivalent).
Be accepted into the DMin program at Bethel.
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS: You must:
Attend three leadership development seminars.
Complete 30 sessions of individualized executive leadership coaching with your coach through 360 Pastor.
Document your learning by producing a portfolio of materials you created in the course of leading your church.
Write a detailed reflective essay about ways in which you have experience growth in your leadership.
COST: The processing fee, payable to 360 Pastor, is $500. This is more than $2500 in savings compared to the full price of these credits.

Meet Our Church Partner:
Eagle Brook Association
We offer the 360 Pastor experience through collaboration with our strategic partner, Eagle Brook Association (EBA). EBA is a ministry of Eagle Brook Church, Lino Lakes, MN.
EBA and 360 Pastor are distinct organizations. But (1) we are aligned on the church’s mission, (2) we share a leadership philosophy, and (3) our strengths in teaching and coaching are naturally complementary.
The full EBA/360 Pastor experience lasts around 18 months. This is a commitment. But lasting change doesn’t happen in a weekend conference. The full experience includes three, two-day training seminars every five-six months. We invite each church to bring up to eight people to a seminar. Then, over the five months following a seminar, a senior pastor meets on Zoom, every other week, with a dedicated, 360 Pastor coach, to implement what they learned in the seminars.
